Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Pre-Orders: Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production before your item ships. Any updates regarding pre-orders will be sent via email. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder too!
Shipping Times
- Canada & USA: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–21 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delays with the carrier (e.g., customs, weather) are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (see banner or product pages for promos).
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Pre-orders will receive a shipping notification once your item is ready and dispatched.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders help us reduce waste and ensure we only produce what’s needed. Here's what you need to know:
- Estimated Production Time: ~4-6 weeks from order date.
- You’ll be updated via email at key stages: production start, production completion, and shipping.
- If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your full order will ship when everything is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges on pre-order items unless the product is defective. Please review sizing guides before purchasing.
